Finally some good news heading in to the weekend, with Victoria recording only 7 new cases. Sadly, two more people have lost their lives to the virus.
Yesterday there were 7 new cases & the loss of 2 lives reported. Our thoughts are with all affected. The 14 day rolling average & number of cases with unknown source are down from yesterday as we move toward COVID Normal. The 14-day rolling average is now 12.8 in metropolitan Melbourne and 0.2 in regional Victoria.
It is expected that Premier Dan Andrews may lift further restrictions early if cases remain low.
