Australia’s Barista Bros drinks line, a popular choice among consumers, has been discontinued by Coca Cola Australia. The company stated that it regularly evaluates its product range to meet consumer preferences. Consequently, they made the difficult decision to discontinue Barista Bros in Australia, leaving supermarket and takeaway shop shelves without this beverage option.
Barista Bros, known for its iced coffee and chocolate milk drinks, ceased production in May of this year, and there are currently no plans for a replacement. Despite the discontinuation, the Barista Bros brand is still being advertised on Coca Cola Australia’s website.
Earlier in May, a recall was issued for drinks with a “best before” date of 30 September 2023 and beyond due to potential packaging failures and contamination risks. Fortunately, no jobs will be affected by this decision.
