Did someone say KFC?
Picture this. 11pm on a Saturday night. Feeling a bit peckish. Time to head out and get something to stop your stomach grumbling. Then you get a nasty surprise in your chips.
That’s what happened to Kwinana man, Quinton Armarego, on the weekend.
In his box of chips he had a disturbing discovery. A dirty glove.
He took to social media to share the disgusting find. ‘Might want to avoid KFC for a bit. Dirty used gloves found in a box of chips.’
Reviews of the Kwinana store back up the low standards. The store currently holds a star rating of 2.9 on Google.
‘One time, I got a half-full large chips on my order, and today, not only they made me wait 15 min in the parking lot, but the chicken and chips they gave me are the non-fresh ones and not a single dip on my tender dipping feast! You guys need to train your staff more!’ one review reads.
‘Gave us half boxes of stale old chips, then tried to tell us they were fresh. The chips were cold to the touch. When returning the food, the assistant manager was extremely smug for someone who can’t seem to do a half-decent job. If I could have given this place 0 stars I would of,’ another review stated.
KFC has since contacted the customer and apologised for the issue.
